MD6
The MD6 Bidirectional Doppler features colorized blood flow direction LED indicators on the end of the pencil style probe. Also located on the probe are on/off and stop/start (for optional chart recorder, see Vascular products) buttons. The MD6 is powered by rechargable NiCad batteries and weighs only 9 ounces. Optional chart recorder and plethysmography modules available. Hokanson Dopplers
UW7
The UW7 is a bidirectional Doppler designed for the operating room. It is simple to use and small to fit in a crowded OR. The UW7 features colored LED's in the probe tip to show direction of flow. Power button is also on the probe for ease of use. The probe has an extra long cable so the speaker unit can be placed outside of the sterile field and the probe is detachable for easy sterilization. The UW7 is powered by rechargeable NiCad batteries so you do not even have to plug it in during surgery.

Huntleigh Dopplers

Huntleigh produces a variety of Doppler for both Vascular and Obstetric applications. These Dopplers come with headphones, gel, neck cord and soft carrying case. Uses a 9 volt alkaline battery with a life of 250 1 minute exams.  Generally the Multi Dopplex, Super Dopplex and Mini Dopplex are used for Vascular Applications while the Fetal Dopplex, Audio Dopplex and Flexi Dopplex are used for OB applications.  OB dopplers use 2 or 3 MHz. transducers and the higher frequencies are used for Vascular. Elite Dopplers
The Nicolet elite model comes with a digital display (200 series) or without (100) series) and with your choice of 9v or Rechargable batteries.  Probes are available in 2, 3, 5 or 8 MHz.  2&3MHz are for OB applications and the 5&8 MHz. for vascular applications.  The 8 MHz probe has the smaller tip for use in smaller areas and focused vessel assessment.
